Delegate Pushkin moves to amend the bill on page 3, section 4, lines 54 and 55, by striking out the words "West Virginia Secondary School Athletics Commission sponsored athletics" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "public school extracurricular and co-curricular activities";

and,

On page 3, section 4, lines 57 and 58, by striking out the words " West Virginia Secondary School Athletics Commission sponsored athletics" and inserting in lieu thereof the word ""public school extracurricular and co-curricular activities".
